how often should roaming ones arrive? You should obviously always be able to access your local regional one of course.

So there's a slave market and then roaming slave traders come in to town yeah? I guess they can come fairly regularly but usually with slim pickings. Then you get like one who's travelled the silk roads to china and has little yellow men or rajput warriors
