Upgrading your ludus

Upgrading ludus should be double edged sword. Needs to increase upkeep. But apart from it upping levels of training and happyness etc, i feel needs a bit of added depth. Perhaps something like a rating of your ludus by others, which can make opposing gladiators more likely to want to join you etc. But i feel it should influence a few more things.
